Please stay home if you have any cold like symptoms. Zoom might be a good option if you are feeling under the weather, but still would enjoy your yoga practice. For floor Yoga, I am recommending that you bring your own mat, but we have yoga props available in studio to use as well.

The Stretching Has Benefited A Former Hip, Lower Back Issue For Me As Well. Lina Adapts To An Individual’s Needs/ Limitations And Constantly Introduces New Stretches, Poses And Exercises.

- Chair Yoga was an ideal choice for me when returning to yoga after being away from exercise for years and dealing with a frozen shoulder issue. I started taking some private lessons, but I soon joined the group classes. Fast forward 3 years taking Lina’s classes and I am still enjoying the chair yoga class, more than the regular floor yoga class. The movements are very mindful and focused. After a few classes learning the adaptations, my choices to challenge myself in the practice became available to me– it all depends on my ambition that day. Lina has an amazing way to creatively make the practice fun and different, always adding tidbits of goodies. Her knowledge of exercise and how to get the most benefit and safest practices has helped me build strength and lose about 50 lbs. I am so happy for my personal transformation. Living too far away to attend in person, Zoom classes has been an excellent choice. Always nice to see new people starting their journey, it's a friendly group that I look forward to seeing weekly. You can pay via PayPal for drop ins too.
If new to Zooming with me, make sure to put in the email that you like me to use. Please write in the note field in PayPal which classes you are interested in.
